DAIICT Gandhinagar Admissions 2024: All India Seats
Overview
Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology (DA-IICT) is a private college situated in in Gandhinagar, Gujarat established in 2001. The institute takes admissions to its B.Tech. courses through ACPC counselling as well as institutional level counselling.
DAIICT has released the notification for admission to B.Tech. programmes at Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology (DA-IICT) for the session 2024-25 for All India Seats. Admissions will be done on the basis of rank obtained in JEE (Main) 2024 conducted by NTA.
UPDATE (Mar 15, 2024): Applications for DAIICT Admissions 2024 are now open.
Candidates need to apply for DA-IICT admissions separately after applying for the JEE (Main) 2024 exam. The online registrations will start on March 14, 2024.
Note: In contrast to previous year, there is one single application for all B.Tech. courses. Applicants have to select preferences in order of their programs of choice.

Eligibility
Entrance Examination
The candidate must appear for one or more sessions of JEE (Main) 2024.
Qualifying Examination
Candidates should have passed or appeared (in 2024) in the class 12th examination or its equivalent with Mathematics, Physics and any one of Chemistry/ Bio-Technology/ Computer Science/ Biology.
Age
The candidate must be born on or after October 1, 1999.

Admissions will be based on the All India Rank obtained in JEE (Main) – 2024 Examination, which is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).

Registration
- The registration for DAIICT Admissions 2024 for All India Seats will begin on March 14, 2024.
- The last date to register for All India Seats is
June 17, 2024June 24, 2024.
How to apply
- Visit DAIICT Gandhinagar Admissions website.
- Click on “Register Here” and complete the Registration form.
- Log using your Email address & Password
- There is one single application for all B.Tech. courses.
- Applicants have to select preferences in order of their programs of choice.
- Fill your details and upload photo and required documents.
- Pay the Application Fee online using Net Banking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card.
- On successful payment, you will be allotted a Application number. Save the acknowledgement page for future reference.
Counselling Procedure
- The counselling will be done online.
- Candidates will be short-listed based on the All India Ranking (AIR) in JEE Main 2024 and will be offered admission (confirmed/waitlisted) in order of their merit.
- The candidates who have accepted admission offers will be asked to appear for registration, document verification and payment of fees.

Scholarship
Merit Based Scholarship
- All India Quota Admissions: Merit-based scholarships are awarded to top 5 meritorious students who have secured JEE (Main) AIR rank up to 5000.
- ACPC Quota Admissions: Merit-based scholarships are awarded to top 3 meritorious students who have secured ACPC Merit rank rank up to 25.
- To be eligible from Second Semester onwards, candidates need to pass in all the courses and maintain a SPI of 8.00 or above.
- The scholarship compensates for the Academic Tuition Fee.
Merit-cum-Means Based Scholarship
- All India Quota Admissions: Merit-cum-Means-based scholarships are applicable to top 10 candidates (based on JEE Main AIR) whose annual family income is less than Rs. 6.00 lakhs per annum.
- ACPC Quota Admissions: Merit-cum-Means-based scholarships are applicable to top 5 candidates (based on ACPC Merit rank) whose annual family income is less than Rs. 6.00 lakhs per annum.
- To be eligible from Second Semester onwards, candidates must continue to fulfill the annual family income criteria. Candidates need to pass in all the courses and maintain a SPI of 6.50 or above.
- The scholarship compensates for the Academic Tuition Fee.
Refund Policy
- If a candidate withdraws before the last date, the candidate will be refunded the entire fee.
- If a candidate withdraws after the last date, but before the completion of the admission process at Institute, the candidate will be refunded the entire fee after the deduction of processing fee of Rs. 1,000 provided the vacated seat is consequently filled by another candidate of respective category.
- If a candidate withdraws after the completion of the admission process at the Institute, the candidate will be refunded the security deposit only.
- Note 1: The last date of withdrawal is July 19, 2024.
- Note 2: The date of completion of the admission process at Institute is July 29, 2024.
