NEST 2024 result has been declared. Candidates who had appeared for the examination on June 30, 2024 can check their result.

To qualify for NISER and CEBS merit list, a candidate must clear the Section–wise Minimum Admissible Score (SMAS) in any three subject sections. The three best scores from subject sections will be considered for the merit rank.
The NEST 2024 examination was conducted on June 30, 2024 in 2 shifts.

The National Entrance Screening Test (NEST) is a Computer-Based Test for admission to the 5-year Integrated MSc programme in basic sciences – Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics – at NISER, Bhubaneswar and UM-DAE CEBS, Mumbai.
