Manipal B.Tech Admissions 2025: Round 3 Result Announced
The result of the third round of online seat allotment for B.Tech admissions at MIT Manipal, MIT Bengaluru, SMIT Sikkim, and MU Jaipur has been announced. This allotment is based on the MET 2025 ranks.
To check their allotment, registered candidates have to enter their Application Number and Password on the official counselling portal. Check detailed steps here.

All selected candidates are required to pay the requisite fees by the specified deadlines to confirm their admission and to be eligible for subsequent rounds of online counselling for upgradation of branch, as per their branch preference order.

Where and How to Check Result
- Visit the Manipal B.Tech Counselling portal.
- Enter your Application Number and Password.
- Click on “Login”.
- Check your branch allocation status.
- If selected, proceed with the payment of the required fee online by the stipulated deadline.
For Candidates Allotted a Seat
- Upon seat allotment, candidates are required to pay the 1st Installment of Rs. 2,40,000 by July 4, 2025.
- Failure to pay the 1st Installment fee within the stipulated timeline will result in the cancellation of the allotted seat, exclusion from the counselling process, and forfeiture of the Waitlist Deposit of Rs. 10,000.
- Upon successful payment of the 1st Installment, the allotted seat is provisionally confirmed. Candidates can download the Provisional Admission Order from the counselling portal.
- After paying the 1st Installment, candidates must pay the Balance Program Fee (2nd Installment) by July 7, 2025. Non-payment within the timeline will lead to cancellation of the allotted seat and exclusion from the counselling process. Refunds will be processed as per the Refund Policy.
- Candidates should report to the allotted college as per the Reporting date mentioned in the Provisional Admission order.
For Candidates Not Allotted a Seat
- Registered candidates who have not been allotted a seat can opt to remain on the waitlist. Their choices will be considered for subsequent counselling rounds. Provisionally admitted candidates seeking to upgrade their allotted seat will also be considered through the waitlist process.
- Candidates who have not been allotted any seat and wish to withdraw from further participation can Opt Out by logging into the candidate portal and clicking the “OPT OUT” button. Upon opting out, they will not be eligible for subsequent rounds.
- If a candidate is not allotted any seat across all counselling rounds, or if they opt out, the Waitlist Deposit of Rs. 10,000 will be refunded within 2 months of completion of all counselling rounds.
