IIIT Hyderabad Admissions 2025: UGEE Mode Round 2 Result Announced
The result for Round 2 of admissions through UGEE Mode for Dual Degree programs at IIIT Hyderabad has been announced today, July 3, 2025. This result is based on UGEE 2025 rank, determined by interview performance of candidates shortlisted based on UGEE scores.
Registered candidates can check their allotment status by logging in with their User ID and Password on the official Admission portal. Detailed steps are provided here.

How to Check Result
- Visit the IIIT Hyderabad Admission portal.
- Enter your User ID and Password.
- Click on “Login”.
- Select “Undergraduate” and then “UGEE”.
- Check your branch allocation status.
What Next?
If you are allotted a seat in Round 2
- You must accept the allotted seat by paying the requisite fees (Admission Fee: ₹10,000 and full semester Tuition Fee: ₹2,25,000) by the deadline of July 7, 2025, or decline the allotted seat.
- Accept and Lock: If you are satisfied with your allotment, lock the seat to confirm your admission. You will not be considered for higher preferences in subsequent rounds.
- Accept and Float (Unlock): To be considered for higher preferences in upcoming rounds, accept the allotted seat, pay the full fees, and leave the seat unlocked.
- If an applicant did not accept and pay for an allotted seat by the deadline, the seat will be treated as declined by the candidate, and the candidate will be removed from all subsequent rounds.
If no seat is allotted in Round 2
- To participate in further rounds, you must log into the portal and explicitly give consent to participate in the next round by the deadline of July 7, 2025.
- If you do not give consent by the deadline, you will not be considered for further seat allotment rounds.
