GUJCET 2023 Application Form
Overview
Application form for GUJCET 2023 is now open.
Registrations have started from January 6, 2023. The last date for filling up the Application Form is January 20, 2023 January 25, 2023 without late fee and January 31, 2023 with a late fee of Rs. 1000. Check other important dates here.

How to Apply (Detailed Steps)
Step 1
Visit GUJCET website and click on “Click Here For New Candidate Registration”.
Step 2
Enter your Personal details including your Name, Mobile, Email address. Choose a 8 digit password containing 1 Capital Letter, 1 Small Letter, 1 Number & 1 Special Character (@, #, $, %).
Enter the security verification characters as shown on the screen and click on “Register”.
Step 3
Enter the OTP received on your mobile and Click on “Submit”.
Step 4
You’ll be prompted with Alert box mentioning “You have successfully registered”. Click on “Ok”.
Step 5
Visit GUJCET website and Enter your Email/Mobile & Password.
Enter the security verification characters as shown on the screen and click on “Login”.
Step 6
Dashboard screen will be displayed. Click on “Payment” to continue filling Application Form.
NOTE: Option for filling form will be shown only after successful payment.
Step 7
You’ll be shown the entrance Application fees. Click on “Pay Now”.
Step 8
Candidate will be redirected to Payment Gateway. Candidates can pay the Fees Online using Debit card/ Credit card/ Net Banking.
Candidate can also pay the fees Offline at any SBI Branch. To pay offline, skip to Step 9.
Step 9
If you’ve completed payment online, skip to Step 10.
Once on the payment gateway, select SBI Branch payment option. Fill your Name, Mobile & Email and click on “Pay Now”. Take a print out of the generated payment slip and pay at any SBI Branch.
Step 10
After successful payment, you’ll get the option to fill Application Form. Enter all the required details including Name, Date of Birth and Address.
Step 11
Select the appropriate Board. The candidate of Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board has to select/fill the Board-code “01”.
Step 12
For GSEB board candidates, the center no. allotted will be displayed on entry of school index number of Higher secondary school science stream.
If the Board-Code is other than 01, the candidate will have to select the Examination Center for GUJCET from the offered options by clicking on desired center.
Step 13
Choose the group (‘A’, ‘B’ or ‘AB’) and Question Paper medium (Gujarati, Hindi or English).
Step 14
Next step requires the candidate to upload images. Once you’re ready with the scanned image of your passport-size photograph and your signature, move to next step.
Upload your scanned Photograph and Signature in JPG format. The scanned Photograph and Signature file size must be less than 50KB. Then click on “Save”.
Step 15
Verify all the details of the application form and click on “Submit”. Please note that correction cannot be done after submitting the form.
Step 16
Save the generated confirmation page along with the Application Number for future use. The Application is not complete until the confirmation page is generated.
